World Trust Ltd., is unambiguously committed to keeping your personal information private.

Purchase and Return

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange within the period of 14 days. While it is our pleasure to ensure that your purchase process is safe and hassle-free, in case of a return, it is your sole responsibility to insure the diamond, and ship it back in its original packing, at your own cost.

Shipping

Usually, the diamond(s) purchased will be shipped by Federal Express (FedEx) delivery service or our special diamons Priority Mail Delivery Service and will generally arrive within the course of one to five (business) days from the date of shipping by World Trust Ltd. Each diamond shipped is packed in a special, protective casing. While diamonds are the hardest substance found on our planet, they can chip, crack or break when not cared for properly. Return shipments must be paid in full by the customer. Damages to shipped diamonds caused by or occuring while under the care of the customer, will incur full payment of the damaged stone(s) by the customer.

World Trust Ltd., reserves the right to request full payment in cash, money wire transfer or check, prior to shipment. When paid by; Money order, wire transfer or cash, an additional discount of 2 % will be given.
